Qualifications\n \n A current and valid license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the State of California. \n A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and a non-judgmental approach. \n Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management skills, essential for handling a diverse client load. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services. \n A background working with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. \n Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices effectively. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience. Additionally, new licensed therapists will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon joining our team.
