This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in managing your work-life balance while providing essential mental health services to our clients. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer competitive salary ranges between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, depending on caseload and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately identify and understand clients' mental health status and specific needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic progress.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches that fit their unique situations.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring seamless delivery of care regardless of geographical constraints.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, helping clients navigate immediate challenges while maintaining safety and supportive engagement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of mental health best practices, new research, and innovations in treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, comprising adults of various backgrounds and experiences seeking help for numerous issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health conditions. As a mental health counselor at Renew You Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals from different walks of life, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their specific needs and goals.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a relevant master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering therapeutic rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude, essential for providing effective patient care.
• Strong organizational skills and time-management abilities to manage schedules and documentation effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions with licensing boards.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with a minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling are preferred. Experience with remote therapy practices, particularly using telehealth platforms, is an asset. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in treating a variety of mental health issues will be highly valued.
