Work Environment

This remote role enables therapists to work from home while still being an integral part of our counseling team. Key Responsibilities

• Directly work with clients to set, monitor, and achieve individualized treatment goals, tailoring therapy approaches to meet their unique needs.
• Provide a range of prevention-oriented therapeutic interventions, addressing immediate and long-term mental health challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to devise and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that each plan is regularly reviewed and adjusted as needed.
• Engage with additional treatment providers and agencies, maintaining a network of support that connects clients with the resources they need.
• Accurately complete all client documentation in a timely and efficient manner to comply with regulatory standards and ensure seamless care continuity.
• Maintain an active caseload while diligently keeping session notes and progress reports, enabling data-driven decision-making in therapy.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and ongoing training sessions to share insights, enhance skills, and contribute to the overall culture of learning.
• Actively help to enrich our environment and culture, promoting a sense of community and support among staff and clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse outpatient population, catering to individuals ranging from adolescents to older adults. Your approach may involve addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. By understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, you will play a vital role in facilitating their journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven previous experience of at least two years in mental health counseling or a similar discipline.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources, best practices, and therapeutic methodologies is essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, fostering trust and commitment to the treatment process.
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities and a proactive approach to contributing within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities that resonate with diverse client populations.
• Active involvement in community outreach initiatives or engagement with local health agencies.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer:
