Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to diagnose client conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using personalized modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy, to effectively promote mental wellness.
• Set and evaluate therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress to adapt strategies when necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have transportation challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry practices and enhance therapeutic skills, including participating in workshops and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on working with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship difficulties. Our therapists strive to create an inclusive and accepting space where clients feel heard and validated. Each therapist is encouraged to develop a specialty, allowing for tailored approaches that resonate with individual client needs.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy and compassion, enabling effective, non-judgmental client interactions.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage your caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applications from newly licensed therapists, prior experience in a therapeutic setting is highly valued. Experience with specific populations or treatment modalities will set candidates apart and enhance their ability to contribute to our diverse clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
