Work Environment

This position is uniquely designed for remote working within our outpatient office structure, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while also having the option to engage in in-person sessions as needed. Our operational hours extend from Monday through Saturday, giving you the flexibility to create a schedule that works best for you and your clients while maintaining an optimal work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify specific needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address the psychological struggles of your clients effectively.
• Engaging in regular communication with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a collaborative treatment approach through active participation in meetings and documentation of care plans.
• Providing case management services, coordinating with community resources and health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for your clients.
• Completing all necessary documentation promptly and ethically, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you serve will encompass a broad range of needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. With your expertise, you will be able to tailor your therapeutic approach to accommodate the unique circumstances of each client, making their specific mental health needs the cornerstone of your treatment plans.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold an active licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required. Additionally, you should be prepared to offer flexible availability, working between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on client demand and personal preference.

Preferred Experience

We are seeking applicants with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Prior experience in outpatient therapy and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities will be strong assets as you help our clients navigate their mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
