Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their personal and therapeutic goals.
• Provide quality individual therapy sessions for adult clients using evidence-based interventions and solution-focused techniques, delivered through our teletherapy platform.
• Respond effectively to client crises, applying appropriate crisis intervention strategies to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage in case management responsibilities, coordinating with other health professionals as needed to provide holistic care.
• Participate in regular team meetings and seek opportunities for professional growth through ongoing training and development in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client focus will primarily include adult individuals navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The diverse backgrounds of our clients make it imperative to approach each case with sensitivity and an understanding of their individual experiences. You will have the opportunity to impact the community by providing therapeutic support and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license in one of the following areas: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for client engagement and documentation.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent cases effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to adults.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy best practices.
• A history of pursuing professional development opportunities in mental health.
