Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, establishing a foundation for personalized therapy.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapy techniques suitable for each client's unique situation.
• Deliver therapy services using secure digital platforms, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Collaborate with clients actively, setting therapeutic goals, and providing guidance to facilitate their journey towards mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will consist of a diverse clientele presenting a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences, allowing you to expand your competencies while making a positive impact on their lives.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building rapport with clients remotely.
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and an understanding attitude toward the challenges faced by clients.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, contingent on your caseload and experience.
