Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage clients to share their experiences and learn from one another, fostering a sense of community and support.
• Individual Counseling: Provide individualized therapy tailored to each client's unique needs, helping them explore their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and create action plans for progress.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment plans that incorporate their goals, preferences, and specific challenges.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress using evidence-based assessment tools and feedback methods to adapt treatment as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team of professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care for complex cases and to track collective progress.

Qualifications

• Clinical Experience: Demonstrated experience in mental health treatment, particularly within residential or outpatient settings.
