Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and co-develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions using varied therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth, personal insight, and emotional well-being.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and rigorously track progress through consistent monitoring and compassion-driven feedback.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver virtual sessions, especially for those who face transportation difficulties or prefer the convenience of remote services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure compliance with ethical standards, contributing to the high quality of care we provide.
• Engage in continual professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and to remain updated on industry trends and therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will work with encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be crucial in helping clients feel safe as we navigate their paths to healing. Qualifications

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Exhibit empathy and a non-judgmental demeanor towards clients’ individual journeys and mental health struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage a case load and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in conducting therapy sessions either virtually or in person, with a focus on evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Prior experience working with clients in a community health setting is an advantage.
