Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while remaining a vital member of our dynamic outpatient team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, utilizing established screening tools and methods.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, ensuring alignment with each client's unique goals and needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions that effectively address various mental health concerns.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate clients' progress, skillfully adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches in response to their evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention support to clients facing immediate challenges, utilizing professional judgment to ensure safety and well-being.
• Maintain detailed, confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discussing client progress and developing comprehensive strategies for intervention.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions to refine clinical skills and receive constructive feedback from experienced peers.
• Abide by the ethical guidelines established by relevant licensing boards and organizations, fostering trust and integrity in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Silver Crest, you will work with a diverse client population including children, adolescents, and adults. Our clients come to us seeking support for a wide range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding them through their healing processes while respecting their cultural backgrounds and unique life experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.
• Current, valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, ensuring precise evaluations of patient needs and treatment efficacy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and dedication to fostering client well-being.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), will be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
