Key Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with clients through telehealth sessions to provide individual therapy and supportive counseling, creating tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screenings to assess client symptoms, integrating findings into care plans that address both immediate and long-term mental health goals.
• Establish and maintain trusting relationships with clients and their families, demonstrating empathy and fostering an environment conducive to open communication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care integration, sharing progress updates with other healthcare providers involved in a client’s care.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans in accordance with the organization’s standards and regulatory requirements, utilizing electronic health record systems for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Participate in regular training and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and collectively enhance the quality of care delivered.
• Identify, prevent, and report unsafe situations, adhering to best practices to maintain a safe virtual environment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counseling services primarily focus on clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other conditions requiring integrated care approaches. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Strong understanding of mental health principles, best practices, and ethical guidelines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in community mental health settings or with under-served populations is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and recovery-oriented practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and comfort in delivering remote services effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
