Work Environment

This remote position allows for a flexible work-life balance while remaining integrated with our outward-facing outpatient office services. Our operational hours range from Monday to Saturday, providing clinicians with the freedom to create and manage their own schedules in a cooperative and supportive team atmosphere. We provide in-house credentialing, ongoing administrative support, and comprehensive management of your insurance participation and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that treatment planning aligns with the unique needs and circumstances of each client.
• Utilize clinical skills to implement graduate-level interventions and therapeutic modalities that promote mental health recovery and stability in a collaborative outpatient setting.
• Engage in ongoing communication with team members regarding patient assessments, treatment plans, and interdisciplinary care protocols, ensuring a streamlined approach to client care.
• Exhibit the knowledge and skills required to address the diverse physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of patients of all ages.
• Oversee case management for assigned clients, facilitating consultations and collaborations with hospital and community professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Complete ethical, timely, and thorough documentation in alignment with department standards.
• Incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), into treatment plans to assist clients and their families in achieving identifiable goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse clientele in an outpatient setting, accommodating individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. This position allows for meaningful engagement with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent and personalized care tailored to support their unique journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential for providing high-quality therapeutic support.
• Ability to commit to a flexible work schedule, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week, based on client demand and clinician availability.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, including CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar modalities.
• Prior experience in an outpatient setting or familiarity with case management systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills that promote effective teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits
