Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients via teletherapy. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to identify their emotional and psychological needs. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored specifically to their goals. Provide a range of therapeutic modalities including individual therapy sessions, family therapy interventions, and group therapy discussions. Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey and adjust treatment plans as required based on their evolving needs. Offer immediate crisis intervention strategies for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential client records. Work collaboratively with a diverse multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic client care. Stay current with latest mental health treatment research and clinical practices to provide state-of-the-art care. Engage in ongoing supervision and training to continually refine clinical skills and enhance therapeutic techniques. Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and standards of practice as set by relevant licensing organizations. Patient Population / Client Focus The clients at Prime Stable Psychotherapy Center range from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in helping these individuals navigate their journeys towards recovery and personal growth, equipping them with the skills and tools needed for lasting change. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required. Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is mandatory. Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effective client evaluation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members. Empathy, compassion, and a dedicated commitment to enhancing client well-being are crucial traits for this role. Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team is necessary for effective operation. Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws applicable to mental health practice. Preferred Experience At least three years of experience in a relevant clinical setting is required to ensure a deep understanding of therapeutic practices and patient care. Experience in providing therapy via telehealth platforms is preferred given the remote nature of the position.
