Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and formulate appropriate interventions.

• Leading group therapy sessions with a maximum of eight clients, allowing for personalized attention and deep therapeutic engagement.

• Providing individual and family counseling sessions that facilitate communication and strengthen relationships.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health care.

• Participating in regular case discussions with fellow clinicians to exchange insights and enhance therapy techniques.

• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including obtaining free Continuing Education Units (CEUs) provided by the organization.

We primarily serve adolescents and young adults who face a variety of mental health and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Active licensure in the state where practicing, including LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent.
\n
• A willingness to commit between 12 and 40 hours per week based on whether you choose a contract under a 1099 tax status or a full-time W2 position.
\n
• Experience in providing mental health counseling, with a focus on adolescents and young adults preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Prior experience working in a community health setting or telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will benefit from:
