Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address each client's unique needs, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and techniques to enhance the therapeutic process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, adhering to professional and organizational guidelines.
\n
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
\n
• Act as a liaison among various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, to facilitate client access to needed support services.

• Engage with community partners to foster communication, promote agency initiatives, and identify potential collaborations for program enhancement.
\n
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, attending relevant conferences and training to stay informed of the latest practices in mental health counseling.

• Promote the agency's mission, values, and philosophy in all aspects of your work.

• Assist the Clinic Director with any other duties that may arise in the administration of clinic operations.

Your clientele will consist of diverse individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health concerns, including those recovering from substance use disorders, managing developmental disabilities, or addressing the challenges associated with acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a behavioral health field is required, along with a valid LMHC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
