Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for new clients to identify mental health challenges and create tailored treatment plans that are responsive to their specific goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy programs to address a variety of mental health issues using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, maintaining an adaptable approach to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Provide family education sessions to support clients’ loved ones, enhancing their involvement in the therapeutic process and promoting a network of support.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in working closely with diverse client populations, displaying a solid understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity.
