Key Responsibilities\n As a Mental Health Counselor at Promise Care, your primary responsibilities will include: \n \n Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans. \n Providing individual therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs, employing recognized modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. \n Setting therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitoring their progress in a motivating and supportive manner. \n Offering teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who prefer virtual meetings due to convenience or accessibility issues, ensuring comprehensive support is available to all. \n Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatment progress, complying with ethical and regulatory standards to uphold our commitment to professionalism and quality care. \n Engaging in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed on best practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our clientele comes from diverse backgrounds, with a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and various mood disorders. As a counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges, enabling them to discover effective coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.
