Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify and evaluate clients’ mental health needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each individual’s circumstances.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients’ personal goals, assessing progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions using appropriate therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care, leveraging the expertise of psychologists, social workers, and addiction specialists.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, contributing to quality assurance protocols.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in case conferences, professional development activities, and training opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus primarily includes individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mental health issues, and those seeking support during emotional crises and traumatic experiences. Counselors will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents and adults, and will provide culturally sensitive care that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
