Qualifications\n \n Hold a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n Possess a valid state license (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) to practice as a mental health therapist. \n Have professional liability insurance coverage. \n Demonstrate a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in supervising or mentoring trainees or practicum students. \n Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care. \n Prior experience working in a community health setting or group practice is a plus. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $140,000, including a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
