Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, utilizing standardized tools and frameworks.

\n Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
\n Demonstrated understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques and an ability to adapt approaches based on client needs.
\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
\n Ability to think critically and solve complex problems in a therapeutic context.
