Key Responsibilities Conduct therapeutic sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, utilizing evidence-based treatment techniques. Perform comprehensive assessments to determine client needs, create personalized treatment plans, and monitor their progress towards established goals. Maintain precise and timely documentation of all therapy sessions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to support client recovery and progress. Engage in one-on-one consultations and collaborate with peers to share best practices and enhance professional development. Participate in mandatory case reviews and ongoing training sessions to stay current with mental health advancements and therapeutic methods. Patient Population / Client Focus The focus of your practice will be on adults experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma-related concerns, and stress management. Your role will be integral in guiding clients through their struggles, employing validated therapeutic strategies that promote healing and resilience. As you engage with diverse clients, you will play a fundamental part in fostering a supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and trust. Qualifications A master’s level degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from a regionally accredited institution. An active and unrestricted license in social work (LCSW), marriage and family therapy (LMFT), or professional counseling (LPC). A minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults. Proficient writing skills for the effective documentation of therapy sessions and treatment plans. A spotless record in professional conduct with no recent disciplinary actions resulting from your licensing board. Preferred Experience Demonstrable skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based modalities. Experience in delivering teletherapy, adapting therapeutic techniques to the virtual setting. Previous involvement in therapeutic networks or organizations that prioritize innovation in mental health care. Compensation and Benefits At Maxiworks Therapy Inc., we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
