Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct initial assessments and psychological evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health status. \n Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific patient issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. \n Deliver therapy sessions, employing various techniques suited for individual and group therapy settings. \n Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes. \n Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and specialists, when additional care is warranted. \n Document client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The ideal candidate will have experience working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with mental health disorders, addiction, and severe emotional issues. You will find fulfillment in helping clients develop coping skills, resolve personal challenges, and achieve lasting change. Our team emphasizes culturally responsive and inclusive practices to meet the unique needs of each patient. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n An active and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW. \n A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling. \n Deep knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapeutic practice. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy that is sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of clients. \n Strong crisis management skills, with the capability to remain composed in high-pressure scenarios. \n Experience working with patients experiencing substance abuse issues, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. \n Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client documentation. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
