The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some adjustment based on patient needs. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through their mental health journeys, helping them find effective coping strategies and solutions tailored to their needs. Qualifications\n \n * A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n * A current and active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Arizona. \n * Proven ability to apply a variety of psychotherapy techniques, customization to address the distinct needs of each patient effectively. \n * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities that foster rapport with clients and colleagues alike. \n * A strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving, essential for developing effective treatment plans. \n * Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, valuing peer contributions and promoting a supportive atmosphere. \n Preferred Experience\n While a bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement, candidates with significant experience in behavioral health settings are favored.
