Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients who benefit from mental health counseling services. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.

• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources and the ability to connect clients with necessary services.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and document sessions.

• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are essential, experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care, is preferred.
