Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to meet the specific needs of individuals during therapy sessions.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulatory standards to safeguard patient information and uphold ethical practices.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated, holistic care to clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions, exchanging insights to continuously improve the quality of mental health care delivered.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, available treatment options, and suitable community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a broad range of ages and backgrounds, seeking assistance with varied mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Currently hold an active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, effectively tailoring treatment to the individual needs of clients.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and trusting therapeutic environment.
