Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, carefully evaluating the psychological impacts of patients' medical conditions. Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass both psychiatric and medical considerations, ensuring that each patient's needs are met holistically. Patient Population / Client Focus Your work will primarily support individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges complicated by medical conditions. This diverse patient population requires sensitivity, understanding, and expertise, as you will be instrumental in helping them navigate their unique journeys to improved health and well-being. Your role is vital in fostering resilience and promoting strategies that empower clients to lead fulfilling lives. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, demonstrating your professional credentials and expertise. A strong foundation in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions, showcasing your ability to deliver integrated care. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect meaningfully with clients and colleagues. Preferred Experience Experience in a telehealth environment or familiarity with virtual care methodologies. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
