Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individualized goals. \n Deliver therapeutic interventions through various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based strategies to support personal growth. \n Establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans effectively. \n Provide accessible teletherapy options, catering to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person visits. \n Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies. \n Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and stress management. As a mental health counselor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique journeys toward mental wellness.
