Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. \n Engage clients in virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure platforms like Zoom or specialized therapy software, fostering an empathetic environment. \n Collaborate with clients to set therapy goals, continually adapting strategies to support their journey toward mental health recovery. \n Implement diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to align with clients’ preferences and clinical needs. \n Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring client confidentiality. \n Utilize an array of telehealth tools to streamline patient follow-ups, scheduling, and progress tracking. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a mental health therapist at Frontier Health Care, you will work with a diverse clientele. Your clients may include individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. The flexibility of remote services allows you to connect with clients from various backgrounds, locations, and circumstances, providing the means to facilitate their healing process efficiently and empathetically.
