Key Responsibilities Provide thorough assessments and evaluations to create customized therapeutic strategies for clients. Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists—to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for clients. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
