Key Responsibilities Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions virtually, utilizing secure video chat technology. Employ evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate effective and individualized therapy. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health. Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, relationships, and life experiences, fostering understanding and growth. Monitor client progress on their treatment plans while assisting them in establishing healthy coping mechanisms and life skills. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse range of clients, from young adults seeking guidance through transitional phases of their lives to individuals managing chronic mental health disorders. Qualifications A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
