Work Environment\n This position operates in a remote capacity, allowing flexible work conditions while still encouraging collaboration among team members. Your workspace will be built on a foundation of technology, using our secure practice management software to maintain client records and conduct virtual therapy sessions. Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans through evidence-based practices, utilizing a person-centered, solution-focused approach. \n Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to engage clients effectively. \n Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and HIPAA guidelines. \n Collaborate with a committed treatment team—where you will have the opportunity to engage regularly in case consultations and peer review meetings to refine the quality of care. \n Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources. \n Stay informed about the latest research in the mental health field, and integrate new findings into therapeutic practice to enhance client outcomes. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our diverse clientele includes individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and emotional distress. Qualifications\n \n A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York. \n In-depth understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques for personalized care delivery. \n Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy. \n Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations and guide clients to successful outcomes. \n A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and the contributions of colleagues in providing outstanding mental health care. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience with telehealth services and virtual therapy solutions is highly preferred. \n Previous work with diverse populations, particularly in community health settings. \n Familiarity with trauma-informed practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniques. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
