Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including the intensity, frequency, and duration of these issues. \n Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to clients’ unique needs and goals while actively involving them in the planning process. \n Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their personal growth and recovery journeys. \n Provide education and resources to clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies. \n Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback to achieve optimal outcomes. \n Collaborate with psychiatrists and other specialists to coordinate care for clients, ensuring comprehensive support across various aspects of their health. \n Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with developments in the field of marriage and family therapy. \n Maintain meticulous case records that comply with ethical and legal standards while ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information. \n Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and training sessions to foster a culture of learning and professional excellence. \n Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working to reduce stigma and improve access to necessary resources. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The client base at Rose Counseling LLC is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of emotional and relational challenges. We particularly focus on clients navigating divorce, relationship issues, and mood disorders. Our therapists are skilled in fostering a welcoming environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and gain insight into their situations. Qualifications\n \n Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n Demonstrated ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n Exhibit empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges. \n Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in therapy modalities including structural family therapy, strategic therapy, systems therapy, narrative therapy, or communication therapy. \n Previous exposure to divorce and relationship counseling is preferred. \n Familiarity with integrated care models and collaboration with healthcare team members. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Rose Counseling LLC offers an attractive compensation package, with a salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
