Work Environment\n Our facility operates within a collaborative outpatient office setting, allowing mental health therapists to engage deeply with clients while also benefiting from a supportive team atmosphere. While remote work is a primary aspect of this role, we encourage some flexibility with in-person meetings as needed to foster teamwork and community. The standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodating the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new patients to identify individualized treatment needs and goals. \n Design and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring evidence-based practices are at the forefront of patient care. \n Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that foster community among individuals dealing with similar mental health challenges. \n Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and ancillary staff to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for patients. \n Deliver crisis intervention services and immediate support during psychological emergencies, demonstrating agility and expertise. \n Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, various treatment options, and connect them with relevant community resources. \n Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality at all times. \n Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to contribute to a learning environment and aid in professional development. \n Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health therapy, contributing to the continual improvement of our therapeutic practices. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our patient population comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, facing a wide range of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n \n A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona. \n A solid understanding of mental health disorders and effective treatment modalities, combined with skills in assessment and individualized planning. \n Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy across various demographics. \n Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. \n Strong adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries. \n Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management. \n A team-oriented approach with a collaborative spirit to work effectively alongside various health professionals. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience in outpatient therapy settings. \n Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities and a diverse therapeutic toolkit. \n Engagement in ongoing professional development and familiarity with current trends in mental health therapies. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We are committed to offering competitive remuneration, with a salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
