Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, employing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using a strengths-based approach that aligns with each client’s specific therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients undergoing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate resource coordination.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations while documenting treatment progress and adjustments in EHR.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate and optimize client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment methods, and community resources, fostering greater awareness and support systems outside of therapy.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops to stay current on advancements in mental health therapy practices.

Qualifications\n
