Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and treatment needs.

• Create customized treatment plans that reflect individual goals, therapeutic approaches, and measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy discussions on topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship dynamics, and conflict resolution.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training workshops, seminars, and peer supervision to stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse mix of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, across a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid state license, such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, to practice as a mental health counselor.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, working directly with clients facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships.
