Work Environment\n

This full-time role primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing you to balance professional responsibilities with personal commitments seamlessly. Although remote, therapists maintain regular communication through virtual platforms, ensuring collaboration and support among team members. We have a structured yet flexible work schedule, typically encompassing Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some variation based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally informed mental health assessments to gather insights into each patient’s unique circumstances, history, and cultural background.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that reflect both individual and cultural considerations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health issues, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring a safe environment for patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and available community resources to enhance understanding and compliance.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards while also employing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience with individual and group therapy using culturally informed and inclusive practices.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
