Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client needs and create tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions, including one-on-one and group therapy, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and modalities, such as CBT or DBT, to guide your therapeutic approach and treatment methodologies.

• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients, particularly in coordinating care and discussing treatment adjustments.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, webinars, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry standards and best practices.

• Contribute innovative ideas and feedback to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness within our community health clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families dealing with a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Our clinic serves a wide demographic, reflecting the cultural and socioeconomic diversity of the Arizona City region. This role is essential in providing tailored interventions that cater to the unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs of our clients, ultimately fostering resilience and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active licensure (LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• At least three (3) years of professional experience providing mental health services to individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships with clients quickly.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and USD 105,000, depending on your caseload and experience.
