Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' mental health needs to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Utilize secure virtual therapy platforms to deliver tailored, evidence-based therapeutic interventions that resonate with each client's preferences and requirements.

• Engage in regular collaboration with students, parents, and school staff to outline therapeutic goals and ensure a coordinated approach to mental health support.

• Adapt a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to suit the diverse needs of your clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus in this role will be working with school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
