Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Implement and adapt a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in navigating their mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the highest standards of ethical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, fostering a holistic approach to care that encompasses physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing treatment methodologies and sharing best practices among colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery journey.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and trends in the mental health field to ensure that care provided is both progressive and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele of children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Your ability to connect with clients will be crucial in helping them build resilience, foster hope, and achieve their personal therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, signifying a strong foundational knowledge and commitment to the field.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy methodologies, with the ability to customize treatment plans to meet the specific needs of individual clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships that encourage clients to share openly.

Preferred Experience\n
