Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and developing positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics and clear boundaries.

• Conduct regular appointments to monitor client progress, provide encouragement, and discuss treatment goals and discharge planning as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances, ensuring ongoing adjustments in response to client feedback and clinical observations.

• Maintain up-to-date records and progress notes for each client in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accessible, accurate documentation.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish initial treatment recommendations.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities customized to client situations.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills, receive feedback, and foster professional development.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated treatment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Summit Pacific, you will primarily focus on youth and their families, addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your work will entail creating a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and develop coping strategies that promote their resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in mental health, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of professional experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance use disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to USD 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
