Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule while catering to the needs of your clients. Our operational hours extend from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, enabling you to adjust your hours to fit both your and your clients' needs. You will engage with clients primarily through telehealth platforms, supplemented by face-to-face meetings when necessary in our outpatient office, providing a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their specific needs and tailor individualized therapy strategies accordingly.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a supportive and safe environment for dialogue.

• Employ various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting to the diverse needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care and best serve our client population.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring that client confidentiality is safeguarded.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay informed about best practices and evolving research in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance. Our benefits include guaranteed pay with annual increases, paid orientation, monthly professional development sessions, and paid time off (PTO). We prioritize your well-being and offer flexible scheduling, enabling you to choose hours that suit you best while maintaining a full caseload typically achievable within your first 90 days of employment.
