Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify individual needs and form tailored treatment plans. Your clinical insights will be critical in guiding clients toward health and wellness.

• Employ a suite of therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist clients in developing coping strategies and enhancing their resilience.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and uphold our ethical standards.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team setting, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the overall quality of care provided to clients.

• Participate in regular peer consultation meetings to discuss case studies, share best practices, and stay updated with mental health advancements, thereby elevating the quality of services we deliver.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families about mental health struggles and treatment options available to them, promoting empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Continuously investigate and remain informed about the latest research and methodologies in the mental health field to ensure that your practice is grounded in current evidence and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting a strong academic foundation in mental health care.

• Valid and active licensure in your field as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Arizona.

• Proven experience in solution-focused psychotherapy approaches, enabling you to create individualized care strategies that address the specific needs of your clients.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to empathize and establish rapport quickly with clients, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
