Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to familiarize yourself with each client's unique background, needs, and treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and demographic backgrounds, all facing a range of emotional challenges. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients from different age groups and walks of life, requiring a culturally competent approach to therapy. You will play a significant role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing support and understanding as they work through their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active license or certification in Arizona as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of three years of direct experience working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with clients quickly, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous, although not mandatory.
