You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Engage in regular communication and collaboration with a remote multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support a diverse range of clients seeking mental health treatment. You will work with individuals and families dealing with various challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral problems. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, fostering resilience and promoting overall wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices relevant to mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in conducting therapy sessions via videoconferencing platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a clinical or counseling setting preferred, particularly with teletherapy or remote work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
