Key Responsibilities Conducting thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client. Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic care and effective interventions for diverse client profiles. Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines. Engaging in continuous professional development to stay informed on the latest in mental health research and treatment methodologies. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona. A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, with preference given to candidates with experience in telehealth. A solid understanding of legal requirements and ethical standards in counseling practice. Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients from various backgrounds. Demonstrable success in working collaboratively within a healthcare team to achieve positive client outcomes. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies. Preferred Experience Family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care.
