Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Location: Tennessee Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMJob SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote therapy services for clients across Tennessee. In this role, you will help individuals work through emotional, behavioral, and life challenges through structured counseling, treatment planning, and ongoing support. This position is ideal for a clinician who wants a consistent weekday schedule while making a real impact from a telehealth setting.ResponsibilitiesProvide individual counseling through secure telehealth sessionsComplete clinical assessments and develop treatment plansHelp clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitionsTrack client progress and adjust care plans as neededMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationFollow ethical, legal, and professional counseling standards
