Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique needs. Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient’s emotional health. Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with legal regulations and ethical guidelines. Qualifications A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential. Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting. Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling practices, ensuring the highest level of compliance in service delivery. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a diverse client population. A successful history of collaborating with healthcare teams to promote comprehensive client care. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and relevant healthcare applications. Preferred Experience Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse issues, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to address a variety of mental health challenges effectively and empathetically. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, based on expertise and experience.
