Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other proven techniques to assist clients in their journey towards improved mental health. Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that all aspects of care are documented and readily available for review. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other behavioral health professionals, to provide holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients. Engage actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing insights and learning from colleagues to enhance the quality of care provided to clients. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, enabling them to navigate their challenges effectively. Stay informed about the latest research and trends in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge and methods into your practice to improve client outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington. Strong foundational knowledge and application of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, tailored to meet the specific needs of individual clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, empowering you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and foster a sense of trust. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills, facilitating effective navigation of complex client situations.
