Key Responsibilities\n \n * Provide therapeutic services through virtual sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups coping with various mental health issues. \n * Conduct thorough client assessments using standardized tools and personal interviews to establish individualized treatment needs and goals. \n * Regularly update and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating client feedback and progress into ongoing therapy. \n * Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and any changes in status, ensuring compliance with all mental health regulations. \n * Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, peer support specialists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients. \n * Stay informed about changes in mental health laws and available community resources to best support our clients. \n * Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, effectively managing high-stress situations to ensure client safety and well-being. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will primarily work with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve providing culturally competent care tailored to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n \n * Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field. \n * A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. \n * A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the mental health field, demonstrating competence in clinical practice. \n * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to client interactions. \n * Ability to function effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. \n * Knowledge of local mental health regulations and resources to guide client referrals and support compliance. \n * Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n Preferred Experience\n \n * Experience with telehealth delivery methods and related technology. \n * Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). \n Compensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
