Work Environment\n This position offers a completely remote work setting, enabling you to provide high-quality mental health care from your home office. Our operations team manages all the administrative tasks, allowing you to focus solely on delivering care. The work hours are flexible, with the ability to create your own schedule between Monday and Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. We do not require on-call duties, allowing for a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance abuse history and mental health, utilizing video conferencing tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems. \n Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy workshops, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods to foster emotional growth and recovery. \n Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to devise comprehensive care strategies, ensuring integrated support for each client. \n Engage families in the treatment process, providing them with education and support to enhance their involvement and understanding of their loved one’s journey to recovery. \n Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in records management. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Hope Recovers primarily serves adolescents and young adults facing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our target client population often experiences barriers to accessing traditional care, and we are dedicated to providing equitable treatment solutions that address their unique challenges. By prioritizing a compassionate, understanding approach, our therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them overcome obstacles and achieve lasting mental wellness.
